Technical Advisory Committee

The Technical Advisory Committee, or TAC, is a group of technical experts who advised the Union Station Alliance during the creation of the Master Plan and Zoning Application. The TAC was comprised of representatives from the public partner agencies of the Regional Transportation District (RTD), the City of Denver’s Public Works and Planning Departments, Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG), and Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT); representatives from federal, state, and local government sector agencies; and representatives from private sector companies. The purpose of the TAC was to provide technical advice and direction to the study process and to gain consensus on technical decisions to be recommended to the Executive Oversight Committee (EOC). The TAC generally met monthly, in addition to attending technical breakout sessions and workshops that were held periodically during the study process.

During the master planning process, the TAC met a total of 19 times.
