Executive Oversight Committee

Denver Union Station is currently owned by the Regional Transportation District (RTD) as a result of an Intergovernmental Agreement between, and jointly funded acquisition of the site by, RTD, the City and County of Denver (CCD), the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) and the Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG). The DUS Master Plan and Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) are being governed and managed by a collaborative team reflecting representation from each of these four public agencies.

The Executive Oversight Committee (EOC) was established to make policy decisions concerning and oversee development of the DUS Master Plan and Environmental Impact Statement and serve as the interim governance structure for Denver Union Station until the creation of a permanent governance structure.

The EOC is comprised of the chief executive (or his/her designee) of each of the four Agency Partners. The EOC holds periodic public meetings. The public is welcomed to attend these meetings.

See the Events Calendar for upcoming meeting dates and details.
