What's New ....

It has come to the attention of Denver Union Station Project Authority (“DUSPA”) of a scam involving fake checks being sent out by mail under a name very similar to DUSPA. The fake checks are issued under the name of Denver Union Station Public Authority drawn on Zions Bank and are always in the amount of $3,488.00. These checks are fraudulent and of no value as the name, signor and account number are invalid. In some cases the arrival of the check is preceded by an email with instructions to deposit the check, retain some funds and then transfer the balance of the funds by Western Union. If you receive one of the above described checks, please do not attempt to cash it or send any portion of the funds to someone else. If you do, the deposit will ultimately be reversed and any funds transferred will be lost. DUSPA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES. This matter is currently under investigation.

If possible, please send copies of any checks, envelopes and email correspondence received in connection with this scam to randrews@trammellcrow.com.

If you have additional questions or concerns please contact Rob Andrews at 303-628-1718.

New Transit Hub

What will Union Station look like?

As the hub of RTD’s FasTracks program, the redevelopment of Denver Union Station is a crucial component of one of the largest transportation projects in North America. The multimodal hub will knit many different transportation modes and six new public plazas in one place with convenient, attractive and engaging pedestrian and bicycle connections.

The Historic Station, the symbol of the project and heart and soul of the transit district, will be rehabilitated to its historic prominence. Upon completion, Denver Union Station will be an exciting destination and a major transportation gateway to the region.
